Here's something to whet your appetite on The Course (this is what the cool people of A Course in Miracles call it. j/k)...
As you read The Course, you'll notice that it states your main function here is to forgive. What is forgiveness? Here's a couple definitions I found on the internet:
-To excuse for a fault or an offense; pardon.
-To renounce anger or resentment against.
The Course doesn't believe that is true forgiveness. I'm probably jumping way into this for those who have no idea on the background of the book, but true forgiveness as The Course sees it is pretty much recognizing that whatever you thought was done to you, didn't really happen, because this world is just an illusion or dream.
forgive people who you think are stupid...

If you were dreaming, and in your dream, somebody stabbed you, did they really do that? Or did you do that to yourself? There's nobody to really blame. So if you really see it as nothing happened, what's there to be mad or hurt about? I know it seems hard or impossible to think that way, but I've been making progress on this and I know it's very possible.
forgive the people that let this happen...

We've just been accustomed to thinking we have to get mad and get back at somebody cuz they threatened our well-being. For more about The Course's defintion of forgiveness, go here. I'm not the best at describing things.
Even Shaq needs forgiveness too...
